Your Information

The contact tool prepares text locally. It does not submit your draft to us.

Who is responsible

Junglefeedcomet Media Limited is the controller for personal information it receives through the operation of this publication and editorial correspondence. Our registered office is 18 Baggot Street Upper, Dublin 4, D04 V4Y6, Ireland. Company registration number: 748291.

For privacy requests, contact [email protected] and identify your request clearly.

Local drafting and browser storage

The contact tool processes the fields you enter within your browser. It does not send them to a server, store them in localStorage or automatically open an email. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard facility when permitted. Downloading creates a text file on your device. You control subsequent sharing and deletion of copied or downloaded content.

The cookie choices page can save a preference in localStorage under the key junglefeedcomet-cookie-choice. It contains the choice “accept” or “essential,” not your contact details. See Cookie Choices for controls and storage details.

If you email us

If you separately send an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address and message, together with normal email metadata. We use it to respond, assess corrections, maintain relevant editorial records and protect against misuse.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the publication and handling correspondence. Where a request concerns an agreement, pre-contractual steps or performance of that agreement may also be relevant. Legal obligations may require us to retain particular records. We do not use editorial enquiries to enrol you in marketing.

Technical records and service providers

Website hosting and email delivery can involve technical records such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and delivery logs. These support delivery, security and fault investigation. This edition includes no analytics, advertising scripts, third-party font requests or remotely hosted images.

Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information. If processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards must be used, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual protections.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, related follow-up, legal obligations or dispute handling, and review it for deletion when those purposes end. A correction record may be retained where needed to explain an editorial change. Technical log retention depends on the operational purpose and service configuration; logs should not be retained indefinitely without a continuing reason.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information, but no online service or ordinary email channel is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, confidential client assets or unnecessary sensitive information.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or the supervisory authority relevant to you. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition of making a complaint.

External sites and changes

Linked studio, software and standards websites operate under their own privacy policies. Visiting them is your choice. We may update this notice when the publication’s functions or information practices change; the current notice will remain available on this page.
